What's the shipping time?

Which currency will i be charged in?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate. 

 

How do i track my order?

Once we shipped out your order, we will be updating the tracking status to your via email or sms. There will be the logistic provider and the tracking number shown to you. You could track it by yourself or you could turn to our customer service for help.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

If order has been returned, we will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return within 48 hours, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
